TwitteR r包：/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcurl.so.4：找不到

我最近将我的操作系统更新到Ubuntu 18.04并且twitteR R软件包不能再使用了.

我在setup_twitter_oauth期间收到以下错误消息.
